 Mr. Ahmed El Oteify,
Chief Executive Officer Varkon Group A senior Information Technology and Telecommunication executive/consultant with strong entrepreneurial background and experience across various disciplines. Areas of specializations includes project/business development from inception until having a complete functional organization, organizational restructuring and business units turn over, and project management. He has been working in telecommunications projects for 18 years and has advised in corporate strategy, marketing of fixed, mobile and data services, organization design, regulation, investment, performance improvement and tendering.
He has been involved in strategy and policy formulation with the Egyptian government for 7 years, was part of the committees for the development of the Telecommunication law, and was involved in designing various initiatives in the Arab countries. Mr. Oteify has strong technical capabilities in telecommunications, IT and software and electronic design and manufacturing.
