Mr Hein Boot,
Director of Networks Tele2 Netherlands Mr. Boot leads a team responsible for the complete network of Tele2 in the Netherlands. This include the migration of traditional networks to an NGN environment. He is an authority on IP networks and service provisioning, including network cost structures and inventory systems. Previously, Mr. Boot was the system engineering manager of Telfort B.V. (formerly BT Netherlands), where he oversaw company-wide sales engineering focusing on large Multi National Corporations.
