Market Solutions Director Huawei Technologies Andy Bell is a Market Solutions Director within Huawei Technologies Europe CTO office. He has 30 years experience in the telecoms industry gained with BT, Juniper Networks and Huawei Technologies. During the past ten years he has led IP service development and solution marketing programmes working extensively with numerous service providers across Europe in wholesale, both enterprise and consumer markets. Andy holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from The University of Greenwich.
