Ruggero Della Bitta,
Senior Vice President Oncology Merck Serono Dr Ruggero Della Bitta is Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Hematology and has been trained in Medical Oncology at the University Politecnica delle Marche - Italy, where he currently is Ass. Professor in Internal Medicine, Hematology & Clinical Immunology.
In Merck Serono since 2004, he has been working in advancing the oncology pipeline forward as Head of Global New Therapies and is currently Head of Global Medical Affairs – Oncology BU.
He previously worked at Chiron/Novartis in the US & Europe and Quintiles Europe for 6 and 7 years respectively.
