 Rita Theodotou,
Director, Global Oncology Bayer Healthcare Rita Theodotou built and directs the Oncology Scientific Relations function driving scientific relations and marketing operations for Bayer Global Oncology with global revenues of EURO 650 million. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Global Oncology Marketing, responsible for global medical marketing of the late stage agent oncology portfolio which includes 3 agents and 10 indications, through close collaboration with the commercial and medical affairs functions. Rita built and manages a team of 5 direct reports, 4 external medical education agencies and a strategic team of 10 key country and regional marketing directors.
Rita studied at University Of South Carolina gaining a M.Sc., Business Administration in Marketing and Marketing Research (FULLBRIGHT SCHOLAR, 1984-1988) and a B.Sc., Business Administration in Marketing and Management Science.
