 Keith Lynch,
Manager, Contract Resources & Power Trading Fayetteville Public Works Commission Keith Lynch entered the energy industry as an Analyst on the Hourly Trading Desk for American Electric Power. In 2001, he shifted his focus to the cooperative and municipal utilities at ACES Power Marketing. ACES provided Keith with invaluable experience into the intricacies and details of portfolio management for many distinct and separate utilities across many distinct and separate transmission reliability zones.
In 2006, Keith brought his diverse background to The Public Works Commission of The City of Fayetteville, NC (PWC). As Power Supply Manager, Keith has been involved in a wide range of responsibilities. After opening a trading floor at PWC, Keith helped negotiate the company's next long-term wholesale power supply contract. Keith also is responsible for PWC's renewable energy & energy efficiency strategies, standards, and goals which includes project management for PWC's Smart Grid pilot.
