Karine, a French national, is a founding partner of Stockholm-based East Capital, one of the world's largest investors in Russia and Eastern Europe with 4.2 bn EUR in assets under management in both public and private equity. Karine has been CEO of East Capital AB until she recently relocated to Shanghai. Karine has a degree from EM Lyon in France and a post-graduate degree from IEP Paris. She also studied at the Moscow Financial Academy and the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki. She is fluent in French, Russian, English and Swedish. She is a French foreign trade advisor (CCE).
