Mr. Nicholson joined BOCI in Jan 2007 as a Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Capital Markets. He is responsible for overall management of the department as well as a leader for the firm's origination, marketing and execution efforts. He has over 21 years of experience (8+ in Asia and 13+ in United States) in Capital Markets and Investment Banking and before joining BOCI, was with Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, Macquarie and Merrill Lynch. Over his 21 years, Mr. Nicholson has executed over 300 book managed transactions raising over S$80 billion in proceeds for clients in more than a dozen countries globally covering the entire equity and equity-linked product line. Additionally, he has lived the past 8+ years in Hong Kong advising clients in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, UK and USA.
