Marc Yates heads Ogier's Corporate and Commercial Team. His specialisations are corporate transactional and finance work, corporate restructuring and insolvency, public offerings and creating offshore structures. He also advises on wealth management for private individuals. His clients are major international entities, law firms and other intermediaries. Recent work has included some high profile transactions involving public company equity issues, including acting for UC RUSAL on its recent Hong Kong listing and acting for clients in China and elsewhere listed on the London Stock Exchange, AIM and other exchanges. Marc also has a significant finance and banking practice advising on acquisition and corporate finance structures and all aspects of bank lending and security. Marc has been a partner since 1990.
