Igor Koval is Head of Division of the Department of Investment Policy and PPP. Areas of responsibility include investment policy, attraction of FDI, improvement of the investment climate, coordination of the FIAC (the Foreign Investment Advisory Council). Mr. Koval joined the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation in 2009. He previously worked in the Federal Agency for Special Economic Zones of the Russian Federation. Mr. Koval holds MS in Economics with concentration in finance from University of Texas at El Paso (USA).
