Senior Portfolio Manager with the NJ Division of Investments managing a REIT portfolio in addition to other areas of coverage in the consumer space. Previously she was a portfolio manager with Sturdivant & CO. During the early 1990’s she was director of the Polis Housing Foundation which specialized in restructuring failed condo conversions. Kathy Jassem earned a BS from Cornell University, and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Wharton School. She’s on the NAREIT’s Real Estate Investment Advisory Council.
