 Mr Stuart Frazer,
Director Frazer Lindstrom Limited and New Zealand Carbon Exchange Ltd Stuart is a Director of New Zealand Carbon Exchange (NZCX), an emissions trading company, and Frazer Lindstrom Limited, New Zealand's leading independent climate change and energy sector consultancy. Stuart has more than 20 years international energy sector experience. With a degree in Chemical Engineering he held technical and operations roles with Shell in Europe prior to moving to New Zealand in 1995. In his executive position with The New Zealand Refining Company, he led the negotiation of and finalised New Zealands first Negotiated Greenhouse Agreement. In 2003 he established Frazer Lindstrom, and in 2004, in anticipation of a move towards emissions trading, NZCX was formed. Stuarts climate change expertise ranges from New Zealand and worldwide climate change policy to emissions accounting and emissions trading. Stuart works closely with his clients on climate change and energy matters and assists them with understanding the detail of climate change and energy policy and developing suitable strategies to fit their organisations outlook.Appearing: Day Two Wednesday 17 February 2010, ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CARBON MARKETS STREAM
