 Mr Peter Heintzelman,
Director - Oil, Gas and Renewables Standard Bank Plc Peter Heintzelman is Director of Oil, Gas and Renewables for Standard Bank Plc based in London. His team covers oil and gas clients from Africa to Asia performing advisory for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures at the asset or corporate level, acquisition finance, reserve based lending, and specialised finance. The team also brings the full breadth of the bank to customers including equity capital markets, energy derivatives, FX, interest rate and more.
During his 18 years of industry and banking experience he has held various leadership, risk management, and finance positions with Halliburton Company, Constellation Energy (Goldman Sachs JV), and Enron. Peter has an Honors level MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird-The American Graduate School of International Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas.
He has been a contributor to monthly and daily international print such as Financial Times, Forbes Middle East and Middle East Banker.
