The concept

Brings together the offshore oil & gas and maritime industries with technology providers to discuss
and explore innovations and challenges offered through the latest communications  and
information technologies and solutions.

Offshore interests are moving into deeper water and into more remote terrestrial environments.
This means more difficult challenges when it comes to communications, more expensive
equipment and more foresight needed into when storms are going to hit.

Why the conference?
With an ever changing environment, deeper water drilling, constantly updated technologies and
more demand for instant data reporting, communications and IT professionals are expected to
deliver results and operational efficiencies. This can be achieved through learning about the latest practices, products and services available in this ever changing industry, as well as being able to network with your peers and find solutions to some of most difficult issues – a platform offered by Offshore Communications Africa
