Mr. Tongxin Yao,
President China Energy Petrochemical International Corporation Mr. Yao Tongxin?born in 1962?has a post graduated degree from Central China Science and Technology University . Mr. Yao Tongxin is also Director and Professor of Research Institute of Energy & Finance of Chinas Center for Strategic Studies of Peking University. Before joining in CEPIC, he was the vice president of Zhongcai State Asset Investment Corporation, and senior researcher of Macroeconomic Research Institute under National Development and Reformation Commission. Mr. Yao Tongxin has long been engaged in the business of electric fuel investment and trade, and in the research of energy and finance; He has gained profound achievements in researching the development mechanism and strategy of the business chain of coal, oil, and LNG industry in China; He has proficient knowledge in every aspect of electric fuel production and logistics, and rich experience in energy and finance investment. He has played an important role in promoting the design and construction, process management, and value-added business studies on coal logistics system for electric power generation.
