Mr Phil Mulacek,

As InterOils founder Mr. Mulacek pioneered the integrated development of InterOil, into Downstream operations (retail and distribution), Refining and Exploration in Papua New Guinea. In the Exploration side of the business of InterOil, he lead the discovery of three major geologic discoveries over the last 3 years, with four of PNGs highest gas flow rates and two world records for gas well flow rates, (705 million cfpd and 382 million cfpd). With one of the lowest F&D costs for onshore gas per unit volume in Asia, InterOil is now developing a multi-train development for LNG, based on the proven discoveries and the future potential of the exploration position of InterOil. Mr. Mulacek has provided the leadership of InterOil from a market capitalization of US$10 million to over US$3.5 billion over the last 17 years.
In addition, Mr. Mulacek is the founder and President of Petroleum Independent Exploration Corporation based in Houston, Texas.
