 Mr Vince Benedetti,
Head of Infrastructure New Jersey Division of Investment Mr. Benedetti is the Senior Analyst for infrastructure, publishing and technology investments made by the State of New Jersey’s Division of Investment. The Division of Investment is the nation’s 10th largest public fund manager, with pension fund assets of about $70 billion.
Prior to joining the Division of Investment in 2007, Mr. Benedetti was a Senior Investigator for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General auditing broker-dealers and investment advisers. Prior to that, Mr. Benedetti was a Senior Vice President of research with Punk, Ziegel & Co., LLC (now Ladenburg Thalmann & Co.). From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Benedetti worked for Gruntal & Co., LLC (now Stifel Nicolaus & Co.) as Senior Vice President of research as well as its supervisory analyst. In 1991, Mr. Benedetti started his Wall Street career with PaineWebber Incorporated (now UBS) working several years in its portfolio asset management division.
Mr. Benedetti holds a degree in economics from Rowan University, and has successfully completed the Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) level I examination. Mr. Benedetti is a registered NYSE Series 16 supervisory analyst and is also a NASD licensed Series 7, 65, and 63. Mr. Benedetti is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia. He has been featured in national media, including CNBC, The Wall Street Journal and several other financial publications.
