In the past he was the General Director of The Centro Studi di Sistemi di Trasporto (FIAT Group), the Director of Area Trasporto (FS group) and founding shareholders and managing director (until June 2008) of Rail Traction Company (RTC), the new company created in 2000 for operating in the business of freight railway services.
