Professor Pauline Stanton is the Head of the School of Management and Information Systems and Head of the Victoria Graduate School of Business at Victoria University in Melbourne. She is an active highly published researcher and her present research interests focus on high performance work practices, employment relations and workforce development, in particular the link between people management practices and organisational performance. Professor Stanton is an experienced manager and has extensive knowledge, experience and skills in professional and managerial educational program design, development, delivery and evaluation. She has provided a range of education, training and development programs and has consulted widely in the public and private sectors in Australia, UK, China, Vietnam and Mongolia.
