 Mr Nigel Hardy,
Head of Project Initiation Transport for London, United Kingdom Nigel Hardy is Head of Project Initiation with Transport for London and has more than 21 years experience in London local government. He has been with TfL for ten years and currently leads a team with a project portfolio in excess of £350m. He is Project Director for TfL’s East London Transit and Cycle Superhighway programmes.
Prior to working for TfL Nigel worked for the London Borough of Enfield and Medway Unitary Authority in Kent in strategic project and policy roles with a focus on project and performance management, contracting, quality systems and customer care. He is a qualified project manager, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and has an MA in Strategic Change, which concerns the analysis, development and management of complex organisations and the things that they deliver.
Nigel’s interests include travel, genealogy, spending time with his family and participating in sport from the comfort of his armchair!
