 Mr Eduardo Barrera,
President MetroCali, Colombia Mr. Luis Eduardo Barrera is a 32 year old Colombian architect, who has worked on several public affairs in the city of Cali. His administrative career began at the Valle“s University Hospital, the most important medical center in the south west of the country. Then, he worked as secretary of housing where he was the leader of an important project to create new housing projects for the poorest people in town.
Thanks to his achievements, he also was appointed as the manager of the office for the urban renovation of Cali. Currently he is the president of Metrocali, a public organization that has the responsibility to run the massive transportation system, with over three million people transported monthly.
