 Mr David Haskins,
Project Director West Yorkshire PTE, United Kingdom Dave Haskins is the Assistant Director for Rapid Transit for Metro (West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive), based in Leeds. He is the Project Director with responsibility for developing Rapid Transit projects including the £300m New Generation Transport (Trolleybus) and Tram-Train proposals for West Yorkshire and the wider Leeds City Region.
Dave has acted in this current role for 6 years, having previously worked for 15 years in private sector transport consultancy. He has played a key role in developing a number of funding bids for public transport schemes and is currently chair of the pteg LRT Group, and a member of BRT-UK.
