How to enter
 
To enter the awards please complete the entry form on the link below. Only entries submitted through this format will be accepted as valid entries. Ensure that you submit supporting information for each criteria listed in the category.
 

Please email these to: energyawards@terrapinn.co.za stating the category & nominated company name in the subject line. Companies may enter as many categories as they wish, providing they meet the criteria outlined.  Each entry must have its own completed entry form. 

NO MULTIPLE ENTRIES ON ONE ENRY FORM

Entries close 15 January 2010
Finalists will be announced two weeks before the ceremony.

Terms & conditions:

Winners must be prepared to attend the Africa Energy Awards function to be held on the 17 March 2010 at the Sandton Sun Hotel, Johannesburg, South Africa.  Entrants and winners must be prepared to meet and be interviewed by members of the media should this be requested. 

No one acting as an Award custodian may judge the entry of a company he or she may be employed by in any capacity. After the Awards, all copies of submissions will be destroyed and therefore not returned.  Entrants are therefore advised to keep copies of submissions, supporting documentation and other attachments.

Information provided by entrants will be confidential to the senior executives of Terrapinn Ltd and the Award judges.  No information so provided will be released by Terrapinn to any other party whatsoever without the express written consent of the entrant.
The Custodians’ decisions are final, and no correspondence regarding judging and the making of the Awards will be entered into.

All Power & Electricity industry players are eligible for entry.
