Mr. Shaocheng Liu,
Director of Policy Research
Civil Aviation Administration of China

Liu Shaocheng? graduated from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University with master degree in 1994. He joined Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) in 1994 and was engaged in research on aviation industry for many years. He has taken charge of drafting annual conference report for the Aviation Bureau of China and writing other important reports and is responsible for the research on many important subjects. He is the director of research center of comprehensive department of CAAC, at the same time he is adjunct professor, advisor of master of Aviation University of China and he is also guest research fellow of Civil Aviation Management Institute of China. He has published one monograph (coauthored) and more than 80 articles.
