Mr. Fajin Hu, graduate from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1997, major in Physics, join Air China in the same year. In 2005, he got a scholarship for one year training in the University of Hawaii for Travel Industry Management. He has 13 years airline experience in various commercial sectors, including Reservation, Sales, Marketing Research, Network Planning and New Product development. He is the founder of Air China e-Commerce department, introducing electronic ticket at the early stage and gradually expand the direct sales and self-service through domestic and 28 international websites with innovative e-marketing activities.
