Chen spent 7 years at Oracle where he was responsible for Product Management, Marketing and Strategic Alliances for Oracle Application Server, Internet and eCommerce solutions. Prior, he held various positions at John Deere IT and AT&T Bell Labs. Chen was also a director of SVCWireless. Chen received his MS from Illinois Institute of Technology and BS from Beijing University, both in Computer Science.
