Dr Zhiyi Dong,

Dr. Dong Zhiyi, a senior economist, holds both EMBA from HEC Paris and Ph. Degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has more than 20 years experience in aviation and airport management. From June 1996 to Jan 2001, he served as deputy director general of CAAC Inner Mongolia branch, and was promoted to director general and deputy secretary of Party committee. In Dec 2003 he started his role as Secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Inner Mongolia Civil Airports Group Company. In Feb 2006 he ended his previous role and was named President of Inner Mongolia Civil Airports Group Company. Dr. Dong was assigned as Vice President of capital airport since Jul. 2005. Starting from Feb 1st 2007, Dr. Dong joined Beijing Capital International Airport as General Manager and was appointed General Manager of Capital Airport Holding Company in March 2010.
