 Mr Sudeep Ghai,
Partner Athena Aviation Sudeep Ghai is an experienced airline executive and consultant with 15 years experience. He has worked in Asia, the USA, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. His most recent appointment was as the founding Chief Commercial Officer of Sama – Saudi Arabia’s leading low cost airline. His previous role was Head of Sales of Virgin Nigeria; before this we was a Senior Strategy manager at British Airways and Director of International Strategy & Alliances at TWA.
In 2009, Sudeep founded Plane Advice, an airline consulting firm focused on delivering relevant advice at a fair price, a blend of quality analysis and the direct involvement in strategy analysis and implementation senior airline executives. Assignments to date cover ancillary revenue strategy development, start up business plans, recruitment of a sales and operations team, developing a detailed recruitment services, putting in place sales plans, developing a marketing campaign, advising on operations set up and performance improvement, financial analysis and merger evaluation, a mix of issue specific consulting and interim management support.
