 Mr Philippe Poutissou,
Vice President Marketing Bombardier Commercial Aircraft Philippe Poutissou was appointed to his current position as Vice President, Marketing, Bombardier Commercial Aircraft in September 2008.
Mr. Poutissou leads the Marketing team in developing and implementing market research, forecasting, strategic planning, sales campaign support and airline analysis activities around the world.
Joining the Marketing Department in Toronto in 2000, Philippe promptly assumed increased management duties as Manager and then Director, responsible for leading Regional Aircraft’s Markets and Airline Analysis activities in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia.
Mr. Poutissou has been involved in aviation since 1995 when he joined Bombardier as an aerodynamics engineer. In that role, Mr. Poutissou helped develop, test and certify the Q400 regional airliner, Bombardier’s leading turboprop aircraft launched into revenue service in 2000.
A Professional Engineer registered in Ontario, Mr. Poutissou holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University and a Masters of Science in Aeronautics from the University of Washington.
