 Mr Douglas Eu,
Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific Allianz Global Investors GmbH Douglas Eu is the Chief Executive Officer in Asia Pacific, and is responsible for Allianz Global Investors’ business growth in the region. Douglas joins Allianz Global Investors from JF Asset Management, where he spent a total of 19 years. Starting out as a Hong Kong equity analyst, Douglas was appointed investment manager in 1991, initially focusing on Indonesian equities before becoming the market specialist for Greater China in 1992. In 1997, he moved into business management with responsibility for some regional Asian businesses. Prior to joining Allianz Global Investors, Douglas was Chief Executive of JF Funds Limited, a funds management subsidiary of JF Asset Management. Douglas possesses an A.B. in Economics from Vassar College, New York, and an M.Sc. in Business Studies from London Business School.
