 Mr David Edwards,
President - Asia Property Fund LaSalle Investment Management Current Responsibilities
David Edwards is responsible for managing LaSalle Investment Management’s flagship core fund, which was the first of its kind in the Asia Pacific region and is co-sponsored by two of the world’s leading property fund managers, LaSalle Investment Management and PRUPIM. Asia Property Fund is a core, pan-Asia Pacific, open-ended fund for institutional investors and pension schemes. With over 15 years experience working across Asia his role involves driving the Fund’s performance through coordination with strategists, acquisitions officers, asset managers and debt finance officers. He is also responsible for capital raising and investor relations.

Positions
From 2004-2008, Mr Edwards was Regional Investment Strategist for LaSalle Investment Management in Asia Pacific, responsible for working with fund managers on appropriate strategies for respective investment styles and objectives. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2004, Mr Edwards was Head of Fund Management Services at Hongkong Land, responsible for driving the company’s ambitions to grow its fund management business and for heading up the company’s joint management of the Grosvenor Land Property Fund, a private equity closed-end property investment fund. He was also responsible for managing two joint venture property development businesses. Before joining Hongkong Land, he was Director at Jones Lang LaSalle and Head of the company’s Real Estate Intelligence Service, providing institutional investors with Asia wide property and economic analysis, data and forecasts and investment guidance. Previously he had worked in the Hong Kong and Bangkok offices of Brooke Hillier Parker and in London with Hillier Parker.
