 Judy Curry,
Finance Director and Secretary Commonwealth Education Trust Judy Curry is the Principal Executive of the Commonwealth Education Trust (CET). The CET funds are held on trust to advance education in the Commonwealth and Judy is responsible for investing them so as to achieve the optimal balance between financial and educational returns. In 2009 the CET formed a commercial subsidiary, 1886 Investments Limited, to invest in the education sector in the Commonwealth.
Judy has an Honours Degree in Mathematics from Oxford University and a Masters Degree in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Cass Business School. She is a Chartered Accountant and has studied Foundation and Endowment Asset Management at London Business School. She led the UK Business Model Assurance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the Commonwealth Institute in 2000 as its first Finance Director. Judy has been responsible for the Commonwealth Education Trust since it was established in 2007.
