Operations had to be revamped, to accommodate the needs of the customer base. Major responsibilities also included the direct communication and liaising with the Lebanese government (the owner).

Managed to increase the revenue sales within the Kingdom of Saudi, to represent 45% of the company’s overall annual revenue.

The company is a well known for its reselling of data networking products and systems including CISCO, Motorola and other major systems. Responsibilities included direct sales of the products in the Ontario/ Quebec Region to major accounts including Bell Canada.

Joined at the early days of the company, responsibilities included the attraction of major accounts, their management and retention. Worked closely with banks, airlines and other service providers to ensure that their custom needs are met. Worked on developing plans for expansion to ensure proper growth, continued development and sustainable profits. The company successfully grew into a regional company not only serving the Kuwaiti Market but other Gulf States, Saudi Arabia and later other parts of the World.
