 Mr Ali Taskin,
General Director Eagle Mobile Mr.Ali Taskin is CEO of Albanian newest GSM operator Eagle Mobile since September 2007. He managed Eagle Mobile’s fast and successfully entrance into the market in March 2008. During his 18 years of experience in the telecom industry, Taskin’s expertise includes all technical, commercial and management aspects in both fixed and wireless telecommunications.
Mr.Taskin started his career in Turk Telekom in 1991 as part of the Radio Link Engineering team. This experience opened his career path to big companies in Turkey such as Turkcell and Nortel Networks in which he contributed successfully in the technology areas. Apart from the experience in Turkey, Taskin also worked in USA in the telecoms industry during 1999-2003. The experiences in well known companies such as LCC, Nortel Networks and Comsearch, increased his level of knowledge not only in the technology area but in competitive analyses and organizations’ management as well.
Before joining Eagle Mobile, Mr.Taskin held Program Management and Director positions in Turkish GSM Operator AVEA from 2003 to 2007.
Mr.Taskin holds an MBA in Accounting and Financial Control in Management (1992) from Istanbul University and a BSc in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (1991).
