Group work session
To enable workshop participants appreciate the challenges in Operational Performance Management in supply chains. Real life experience has been woven into a case study. The emphasis is on small, but more invisible aspects of supply chain operations that impact business performance significantly.
Group work methodology:
1. Workshop participants will be broken up into groups.
2. The groups will discuss the case for about 60 minutes before lunch.
3. Post-lunch, a member from each group (to be nominated at the start of the group work activity) will make a summary presentation of the discussions and findings of the group.
4. Towards the end of the day, summary and key lessons from the Group Work will be presented.
