Release of the top nominees for the SCM Logistics Excellence Awards
- 3 nominees for the Supply Chain Executive of the Year Award will be shortlisted for the first round.
- 10 nominees each for both the 2009 Supply Chain Excellence Award and Outstanding Partner in Supply Chain Excellence Award will be shortlisted for the first round.

Voting Ballot Deadline for Judges
Judges will review the shortlisted nominees per category and submit their votes to Terrapinn.

Announcement of Results
The results will be announced during SCM Logistics World 2009 at the Raffles City Convention Centre.

Step 1: Category selection
Please select the category you are interested in entering or nominating a person or company for.
For Manufacturers:
- Supply Chain Executive of the Year Award
- 2009 Supply Chain Excellence Award (Top 5 organisations)
For Technology Solutions and Service Providers’:
- Outstanding Partner in Supply Chain Excellence (Top 5 organisations)

Step 2: Compiling your entry
Complete entries are comprised of:
- 1 completed nomination form: Enclosed in the nomination pack (hyperlink to PDF version of nomination pack). You may also request for the nomination form to be in MS Word format by emailing lynette.han@terrapinn.com. The form must be filled out completely in order for it to be considered valid.
- Supporting materials: These can be client testimonials, survey results, press releases or others – any written document that will support the nomination’s substantiation. You may submit more than 1 supporting document, but the minimum requirement is 1.
- Project based nominations or entries are highly encouraged. It is important for nominations/entries to be objective and concise in demonstrating the value and significance of their supply chain or logistics management projects and/or practices for an effective judging process.
Step 3: Submitting your nomination
The deadline for all nominations to be submitted for consideration for the shortlist is on or before 25 August 2008 via email to lynette.han@terrapinn.com.
Incomplete submissions missing either a nomination form or a supporting document will be considered invalid entries. In the email subject heading, please put in “Nomination Submission by X Company for the SCM Logistics Excellence Awards”
