Zeina Mokaddem heads Access Partnership’s Middle East office in Abu Dhabi. Zeina works with infrastructure and telecommunications companies to ensure their access to new markets, allow them to use previously constrained spectrum, and identify new frequency bands for operation. She works closely with governmental agencies in the region to provide strategic and regulatory support to terrestrial, space, aeronautical, maritime, and media clients as they introduce new services to previously underserved markets. Zeina also supports government entities in the region, assisting them with development of new regulation, positioning them in international organisations, and advising on frequency management. She is active in a number of regulatory fora in Europe and the Middle East. Zeina joined Access Partnership from the private sector, where she assisted multinationals in gaining access to the UK and European markets. Zeina holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from the American University of Beirut. She conducts business in English, Arabic, French, and Italian.
