Paul is responsible for Risk Management, Actuarial and Statistical services, Management Information Services, legal services and the Technical Audit function within Vero. In addition, Paul has responsibility for Insurance Risk Management across Promina (which includes Business Licensing, Emerging Risks and the Groups own insurances). Paul is an accomplished speaker having presented at many conferences, specifically on the subjects of Tort reform, Emerging Risks and Risk Management. Paul joined Sun Alliance in 1988 and has experience in various roles including Portfolio Management, underwriting and claims, specifically in respect of long tail classes. In 2006, Paul received 'The Protiviti Award for Best Implementation of a Risk or Compliance Focused Strategy' on behalf of Vero, at The Australian 2006 Risk Management Awards. Paul is a Fellow of ANZIIF and he's currently studying a Bachelor of Laws degree through Deakin University.
