This masterclass will take a very hands on approach and will provide developers, village owner/operators, for profits and not-for-profits with a unique opportunity to learn from some of the most successful international developments in retirement living and aged care. 
The American Continuous Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and the Dutch apartments for life model have been used as a foundation for development across the world.  We will deconstruct these models, assess consumer aspirations in retirement living, and then tie everything together to build a unique Australian value proposition.
