Each entry may be accompanied by two supporting documents of no more than 500 words each.
These should be, for example:

• Client testimonials
• Survey results
• or press releases

Please email these to Genna Thatcher stating the category & nominated company name in the subject line. Companies may enter as many categories as they wish, providing they meet the criteria outlined.  Each entry must have its own completed entry form.
