Robert Hall, Partner, Transaction Services, KPMG (UAE) Over the last five years, he has been involved in over 70 transactions. Robert also heads up KPMG’s Real Estate practice in the UAE. Robert is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Vikas Papriwal, Partner, Private Equity and SWFs, KPMG (UAE)
Vikas Papriwal moved to the Dubai office from KPMG’s London office where he was a Partner in the Private Equity Group. Vikas looks after KPMG’s SWF and PE clients in the GCC region. Vikas has experience working with a variety of financial buyers on large complex transactions across several sectors including chemicals, real estate, financial services, retail, healthcare, and business services. Vikas has worked with a number of Private Equity and Sovereign Wealth clients including Providence Equity, Dubai Holdings, Dubai World, Warburg Pincus, Bain Capital, Cinven, Apax and TPG. Vikas’ recent experience includes providing restructuring advice to a number of his clients and their portfolio companies especially on their business plans. Vikas is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Vikas previously worked with Andersen in India and the UK.
