 Ms Najmeh Habili,
Senior Manager ADCB Macquarie Corporate Finance Najmeh Habili is a Vice President at ADCB Macquarie Infrastructure Fund, an unlisted fund jointly managed by Macquarie and ADCB, launched in 2008 to make infrastructure investments in GCC countries. Prior to joining AMIF in September 2009, Najmeh was a founding member of the Macquarie Korea Opportunities Fund, a Korean unlisted infrastructure fund established in 2005, which grew to become Korea's largest domestic private equity fund. Najmeh executed MKOF's acquisitions of SK E&S, Korea's largest city gas distribution group, West Sea Power & Water, cogeneration and water treatment plants located in Samsung-Total's petrochemical facility in Korea and TBC, one of the largest cable television businesses in Taiwan.
Prior to joining MKOF in Korea, from 2002, Najmeh worked in Macquarie's private equity and principal investments team in Melbourne, Australia. She advised Macquarie and third party clients on a number of landmark transactions for Macquarie, including the acquisition by a BUPA/Macquarie consortium of AXA Health, the public market takeover by a Macquarie/Coles Myer cosortium of Australian Leisure and Hospitality, and the acquisition by a Macquarie/Quadrant Capital consortium of a portfolio of gaming hotels.
Najmeh graduated from the University of Adelaide, Australia with a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours and a Bachelor of Commerce.
