 Mr Zulfi Hydari,
Co-Founder and Managing Director HBG Holdings Mr Hydari is Co-Founder and Managing Director of HBG Holdings where he leads a team with significant experience in acquiring, restructuring and managing businesses in the MENASA region. Mr Hydari is an experienced private equity investor with significant hands on experience in acquiring and building profitable businesses. He has over 14 years business experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and business turnarounds, much of it in the emerging markets. He has held leadership positions in portfolio entities and has transacted business with leading multinationals and government institutions in Europe, Middle East and South Asia. Mr Hydari has led the expansion strategy of the firm and launched its pan-regional private equity investment vehicle. He has been instrumental in successfully investing in mid market assets, driving value enhancement strategies and managing change programs. Mr Hydari serves as Board Member of HBG Holdings and is a member of the Executive Committee. He holds various other positions including Non Executive Director of Neutrahealth Plc, a publicly listed company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and Board Director of Muscat Finance Company, a publicly listed company on the Muscat Stock Exchange. He also serves on the Credit and Executive Committees of Muscat Finance Company. Mr. Hydari is the elected Co-Chairman of British Conservatives Abroad - Dubai Chapter. Mr Hydari holds an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management.
