Lawrence Graham

Tom is head of Lawrence Graham's Corporate Recovery and Restructuring practice. Tom is a licensed insolvency practitioner, member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and of INSOL. Tom is listed as a "leading individual" for restructuring and insolvency work in the current edition of the UK Chambers Guide for Legal Profession and Chambers Global 2009. Tom's practice involves exclusively restructuring and insolvency work and, as well as advising distressed companies, Tom has extensive experience of advising other stakeholders including lenders, shareholders and insolvency officeholders. Tom is currently advising on approximately £3 billion of UK based restructuring and is part of the team advising a substantial family owned regional group on the proposed restructuring of its investments, banking and operational businesses.
