Mr. Rogério Penalva is Private Equity Portfolio Manager for Vision Brazil Investments. Since 2004 until late 2007, Rogério served as Acquisitions’ Director for Diagnósticos da América, a Banco Pátria related investment. Before that, Rogério Penalva was a partner at Allen Global, an M&A Boutique with focus in Latin America. His prior experience includes Chase Manhattan Bank (from 1999 until 2001), Banco Patrimônio (from 1996 until 1998), and Banco Vototantim (1994 until 1996) focusing on M&A, Private Equity and Equity Research. Mr. Penalva has a BA degree in Mechanic Engineering from Escola Politécnica of Universidade de São Paulo – USP.
