 Mr Pinal Nicum,
Principal Coller Capital Pinal is a Principal responsible for the origination and execution of investments. He focuses on the UK, Indian and Middle East markets and is a member of the Investment Committee. Pinal joined Coller Capital in 2001 during the investment of Coller International Partners III, and has since been involved in all aspects of the secondary process. He has managed a number of the firm's innovative transactions, including the acquisitions of Abbey National's, and Deutsche Bank's fund portfolios, and India's first two secondary transactions – with ICICI Venture, and IL&FS Investment Managers. He is also a member of the advisory board of Leverage India Fund. Previously, Pinal was Business Development Manager at The Rank Group Plc, the UK leisure conglomerate, where he led various strategy/M&A projects, including the disposals of Odeon Cinemas to Cinven and Tom Cobleigh Pubs to Electra. Pinal joined Rank in 1998 from Coopers & Lybrand Corporate Finance, London.
