Mr Munawar Mohammed,

Mr. Munawar Mohammed is a Masters Degree holder in Corporate Finance from Cardiff Business School; United Kingdom (University Of Wales) and a recipient of the Alexander Graham Award which he received in 1997 by the Institute of Motor Industry; United Kingdom. Mr. Munawar has sixteen years of managerial and operational experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Financial Management and is presently working as an Asst. Vice President at Athman Investment Company which is an Islamic investment company in Kuwait. Mr. Mohammed has specialized experience in evaluating and monitoring investment opportunities and deal sourcing activities (green field and private equity opportunities) and has assisted in due diligence activities while assessing the valuation analysis of various direct investments. Mr. Munawar has also worked as a Business Planning Manager with Quality Net; a leading Internet service provider in Kuwait for seven years. Mr. Munawar is also teaching graduate (MBA) students Strategic Management in his current role as Visiting Faculty.
