Director Director, Lixus Capsian Management Mr. Troniak is a Director of Lixus Capsian Management, a management company dedicated to the creation and preservation of wealth in North and Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Lixus Capsian works with clients to identify appropriate investment opportunities, and assists them to develop economically viable activities as well as manage their wealth. Lixus Capsian specializes in investments in four areas: energy, value added agribusiness, information & communication technologies and financial services. Mr. Troniak has been involved with strategic planning, development, financing, and administration of development and finance institutions (Government Departments, Banks and Development Banks), as well as operating companies, focused on the private and public sector in emerging markets including West, Central and Southern Africa, the Maghreb, the Levant, Russia, and South East Asia. He is also Vice Chairman of the African Venture Capital Association. AVCA is a not-for-profit professional association covering all of Africa, founded to promote, develop, and stimulate private equity and venture capital in Africa.
