Christoph is founder and Chief Executive of Asia Investment Holdings AG, a Swiss headquartered business focused on private equity investment in Greater China. Previously based in Shanghai, China, Christoph has five years experience of identifying, negotiating, funding and managing investments in China. Entrepreneur and co-founder of growth companies since 1986, Christoph co-founded Kofax Plc., a world-wide leader in the Information Capture and Business Communication market. Until 2003 he was an Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors with responsibilities for M&A, Corporate Development, Investor Relations and Corporate Venturing. Since then he has advised on a number of successful M&A transactions and fund raisings internationally. Christoph sits on the Board of a number of information and clean technology businesses worldwide. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
