 Mr Adel I. Si-Bouekaz,
Board Member Nomad Capital Adel was until recently Vice President at Carlyle in charge of the Maghreb Region. He previously managed a boutique emerging markets consulting firm that executed the purchase of Telecom Malagasy on behalf of Distacom Ltd, a Hong Kong based telecom operator, as well as other mandates in North Africa, Eastern Europe and South America. Before that, Adel worked for JP Morgan London, where he was a member of the UK Resident non-domiciled team, with a focus on international-based clients. The team focused on M&A transactions with family-owned companies across various sectors. Today, Adel is leading Nomad Capital efforts in North Africa, and principally in Algeria, on both investment banking and private equity activities. Adel has an MS in international finance and a BA in engineering from Pole Lorrain Nancy (Mines and ICN).
